A new patient arrives at the asylum where Flug works. The doctor is offered to take care of him, but refuses. Except when his coworker, who was assigned to watch over this mysterious newcomer instead, does not respond to calls while still being in the patient's room, the doctor with a paper bag on his head is left without a choice.
