Tyler Devlin is the first girl to ever be drafted into the NHL. She’s the first girl to play on a team for more than one game, for an actual shift, score real goals, and rack in real points. Kris Letang is the lucky duck who falls in love with her.

'She's a better player than all of us combined.' In which 19 year old, Daisy Brown, is traded from The Dallas stars to The Toronto Maple Leafs, in one of the biggest trades of the year. All of the guys are stoked to have a girl on the team except for one of them, who just can't seem to accept her.

As happy carefree seven year olds, Tyler and Madison made a promise to each other that they would get married when Madison turned 28. 21 years later they're reminded of their childhood promise. A promise made over 20 years earlier not only brings them back together after losing touch years before, but also makes them wonder if their seven year old selves knew something more about their relationship that they were about to figure out for themselves.

Tyler Seguin gets seriously injured in a car accident. Will he ever walk again? Until the doctors know more the Stars decide it would be best if no one finds out about his condition. Only a handful of hospital staff know that he's staying there, including 4 nurses. He develops a special bond with one of his nurses, perhaps a bit too special. ((Read the author's note))
