Officer Ziva David has only been on the NCIS team for a year so far, and she is still getting used to the way things roll. She's a fast learner, but when a Miss America pageant comes to D.C. that is specially dedicated to the navy and marines, everything changes. NCIS gets an anonymous tip about a bomb set to go off at the end of the pageant so things turn from kicking asses to sparkly tiaras. Ziva is ordered to go on the undercover mission, and she doesn't exactly realize what she is getting herself into. Undercover as a geek is one thing, but a makeup caked, world-peace-loving, teary-eyed airhead seems a little beyond her paycheck.
