Immortality is not all that it's cracked up to be in Izuku's opinion. You have to watch so many people die and people that you care for just disappear out of your life. Then there is the problem of you having to deal with your immortal father as well who just so happens to not know that you are alive still and that you have been screwing with his operations for the last two hundred years or so. It's not Izuku's fault that his uncle raised and installed in him heroic values though. This is the story of Izuku Midoriya the son of All For One who has been screwing with his father's operations for the past two hundred years or so while hiding his identity. Oh, I forgot to mention he is also the first underground hero to ever exists. The Underground Hero: Shadow. Let's follow Izuku Midoriya aka Shadow as he continues to screws with his father's operations, saves a dog, bear, mouse thing, and also decided to hide himself as a young child for the hell of it! Note, Izuku has a quirk similar to his father's.

What happens when his faith in his heroes finally breaks? What happens when he finally had enough? What happens when he doesn't believe in UA anymore? What happens when he is done giving UA chances to fix the things right in front of them? What if he no longer looks up to All Might? What if his best friend Shouto Todoroki offered his hand to start over somewhere else? This is how Izuku Midoriya finally breaks after the repeated failures of the UA high school and its teachers. They allowed repeated assaults and attempted murder to happen without punishment and never did anything to fix it. Instead, they forced Izuku to partner up with the person that kept hurting him for the final exam where Katsuki Bakugo just hurt him once again. As such, Shouto Todoroki and Izuku Midoriya decided to change their lives. Why stay where the teachers don't care? Why not leave to another hero school? - Note - Endeavor is better in this. After the sports festival, he drastically changed due to the words that Izuku said and saw what he did for his son. He ended up visiting his wife in the mental hospital to talk to her and he came to so many realizations. He apologized to her and promised to do better and have her released from the hospital to return home if she wished or to move into a new home at her desire. This shocked the family and they were willing to hear him out and see his change. Touya Todoroki aka Dabi is an undercover hero for the hero commission in this AU. The family is aware of him being an underground hero. Dabi did it as a form of protest against his father since he wanted him to go into the spotlight but refused and went underground heroics. The family doesn't know his undercover look or name but he does return home often when he can. (He does not have the scars permanently. They are due to a quirk that changes his looks.) What happens to people that don't have quirks in a world full of quirks? What happens to the world when one quirkless person finally snaps? Well... chaos happens because that quirkless person wasn't just any normal quirkless person. No, he was a genius and had intelligence that would make Nezu shiver in fear. Using his intelligence in finding people's weaknesses, building technology, experimenting, and leading. Izuku Midoriya would go on to become the Verdant Emperor while his Verdant Guards follow his will. They always told him he couldn't be a hero but no one ever told him he couldn't be an Emperor! This is how Izuku Midoriya overthrows the natural order of the world and takes control through his intelligence and the loyalty of his men.

This will likely a short story but I think I will aim to get more detailed in descriptions of things. They say Ignorance is blissful but that isn't always true for those that have to deal with the issues that others are ignorant of. The others are ignorant of how impactful their words can be, that doesn't mean the other side of the story isn't unaffected though. UA was meant to be better. They were meant to be less ignorant of the world's problems since they are aiming to be heroes! So why does it hurt so much? The past always catches up to you even when you don't want it to. Midoriya was the class scapegoat due to his lack of a quirk. In the world of quirks, not all men are created equal. The story starts off with Camie Utsushimi transferring to UA. Specifically Class 2-A. Izuku was having an amazing time just the year before. He finally had some friends, other than Denki, and even began to date Katsuki. While he was skeptical of the relationship and confessions, he decided to put some trust into the other male. But once she came, things really began to come to light. All Might asked for One For All back. Katsuki's become distant. People he thought of as friends were turning on him. Luckily, he's stupid rich and incredibly intelligent so it really wasn't hard to move to a prestigious boarding school along with his bestie for a new start.

He actually developed a quirk about a year ago but the only people to know are family and his best friend; Denki Kaminari. Sure he's dating Katsuki Bakugou but what does that matter if the other male doesn't even care about him? Now, he's on a journey to become a hero and find someone new.
