After being rejected, yet again, by his teammates Naruto runs into team 8 only to then accidentally reveal one thing that catches team 8's attention. Now they won't leave him alone until they know more, but he's dead set on keeping his secrets hidden ...

The hokage never allowed Naruto to actually run around free, but simply let it appear that way. There were too many of his dark twisted things going on in the village to allow a simple pawn to have any real freedom. Even his teammates, Sakura Haruno and Sasuke Uchiha, were planted anbu agents assigned to watch him, but why ... and who's really watching who?

Naruto, bloody and broken, brings Sasuke back to the village unconscious. Instantly, he's banished for "injuring" the "last loyal Uchiha". He flees, carrying with him a secret that would shock the village. Years later, he returns to the village for the Chūnin exams, only he isn't participating. Where did he go during his time away?
