Monse is back from camp and as she runs through everything she wants to say to Cesar, the last thing she excepts is for him not to be waiting for her with Jamal and Ruby.

Basically season 4 with a lot more Monse and Cesar. It won't follow the plot exactly. All about Monse and Cesar's relationship and just how messy it gets during their senior year. It all starts at Monse's return. There might even be an alternate version of prom and a whole lot more of what starts when On My Block ends.
