In this world 80% of people have quirks, the other 20% are quirkless and are treated poorly unless they're famous or have wealth. Now the main hero in this story is our hero Izuku "Deku" Midoriya, his life is filled with many hardships and bullying from his junior years. The reasons for this being that Izuku's quirk was a late bloomer so he was considered quirkless to the majority of the ones with quirks. Find out how he gets to his dream school, finds love, and new friendship along the way.
