His eyes were closed but it felt like he was staring into my soul. “I can’t make any promises. I have friends back home waiting for me Josh” “This is your home Mads,” He said, eyes opening again. “You can’t leave me again” “Josh what we had was amazing but I can’t give up my life in Florida for something that might not even exist anymore. I’m sorry,” Josh sighed and ran a hand through his messy hair. “I love you Mads,” He whispered, pulling me to his chest. I felt my eyes water, I knew I was breaking his heart by saying I couldn’t stay but I really couldn’t. Vancouver wasn’t my home anymore; I didn’t belong here. Just saying, if you haven't read Desperate Measures you might wanna do that or else most of this will not make sense.

Ever since her family was killed long ago, she knew she wouldn't be able to cope with another loss, so she refused to grow attached to people-- up until she met another hunter. From the moment she set eyes on Dean Winchester she knew something about him was different, and when she meets Sam and Castiel, she finally feels like she belongs. Grayson travels with the boys, and slowly falls for Dean, but refuses to admit it, afraid of hurting him. And just as things were looking up, they take a turn for the worst when she starts having visions, the first vision being triggered by looking at Castiel. She knows he's hiding something from her, the question is- what? Even the brother's are curious, but the angel says he knows nothing, and once all is revealed, Grayson 'prays' that the three still have her back, all the way through to the end.

It was a chance meeting to say the least, but neither expected to be so captivated by the other...or to have been so captivated they didn't even find a way to contact each other after. Bad description I know...and despite the title this story has nothing to do with ATL I just thought it fit the story well
