Although he can only throw fast while throwing a breaking ball. His troubles start with his incapability to throw fastballs. The form he had taught himself had made it nearly impossible for him, therefore making his fastballs considered fast but impossible to control. All his accuracy practice goes down the drain when it comes to fastballs, but having loved pitching since he was young he trained using several over techniques. Rory Paine is the ideal catcher considering his large built and muscular body. He wishes to find someone that can pitch something extraordinary to him and blow him away, which has been a hard task since a past teammate he had played with ruined his trust.
