She had one good friend named Brooklyn, who she could count on for almost anything. One day she comes home to see that her aunt and uncle have been stabbed and she sees the police there. They tell her she has to move to Tulsa, Oklahoma to live with her older brother, who she hasn't seen in almost 10 years. She is dropped off by the cop at a gas station called the DX with Brooklyn.
