Season 3 of the YOU series

A relationship between an internationally praised athlete and a straight A student who hates any kind of attention is bound to go wrong. But these two college students don't care about the odds. While Link works hard on recovering from a traumatic injury, Zelda is trying her best to juggle the school's expectations, her Father's upper class life style, and the anxiety of a million eyes prying on her relationship.

After a long, unexplained absence searching for his beloved companion fairy, Link finally returns to his home of Hyrule. Zelda has dearly missed her best friend. However, the weight of the crown, and never knowing truly why he disappeared, has left its toll. Zelda is not the mischievous princess she once was, nor is Link a carefree young boy anymore. Still, they have missed each other terribly, and long for the friendship they had before. When a war threatens their land once again, making the young Queen impossibly stressed and busy, how are they to reconnect? Perhaps a certain bond of sacred origins will be of assistance... I try to fix it the best I can but I have no idea why it even does that sometimes. Mostly just the paragraph indents 🤷‍♀️)

Link is the star athlete of Hyrule University and Zelda an exceptional scholar. They should be focusing on school and sports, but they keep getting distracted by each other. This fanfic includes characters from the Zelda franchise, but mainly from botw and aoc.

An event leads to Zelda staying over at Link's house. They both feel the romantic tension and constantly think about addressing it, but although they're more comfortable around each other than anyone else, saying just three words scared them both more than anything. They keep their true feelings to themselves, until Zelda finds a way to somehow break that tension... (All characters are owned by Nintendo)

Soon, seventeen-year old Zelda will be forced to marry if she cannot make her decision on her own. She must follow the Royal Law, one which her father strictly enforces. She must chose one suitor to take over the kingdom and rule alongside her. 1. The suitor must come from a royal bloodline. 2. The suitor must be an ally of Hyrule. 3. If the royal does not choose his/her suitor in a time span decided by the King or Queen, they must be forced to marry the King or Queen's ideal suitor. Time quickly running out, Zelda realizes she does not want to marry someone that only cares about inheriting the throne. She wishes to marry for happiness. And if she cannot prove herself and her happiness to her father soon enough, she will be forever forced into a life she does not want to live. A fanfiction based on HYRULE WARRIORS: AGE OF CALAMITY. While this confession remained unanswered, a few months later, and with Link's birthday coming soon, Zelda decides to answer his yearning feelings with hers. But coming with a gift as grand as the one received from her knight? This task will prove to be more challenging than she thinks.

Zelda doesn't believe in soulmates; Zelda barely even believes in herself. That is, until Link turns up with a sword strapped to his back, heralding the end of times. Now, they must work together to prevent the fall of Hyrule and rise of Calamity Ganon. But, the task proves as tricky as expected, especially when Zelda feels like she's falling faster than her Kingdom...and perhaps in a way she never expected to. Pre-game (and post-game, eventually) fic centred around Link's memories and what might've happened in between them.

A year has passed since the fall of the Calamity Ganon. Things are reliving in the kingdom. Zelda thought that things would have returned to normal between her and Link, but Hyrule's hero seems to carry a burden in these peaceful times. The princess wonders if she is the one causing him to be so distant and silent once again...
