[...]Without realising it, you find yourself staring into the big eye that towers over the hotel. You turn pale. You feel panic slowly creep down your spine, making your knees wobble. "Inside of every demon is a rainbow. Inside of every demon is a rainbow." You repeat it like a mantra, with your eyes closed and your hands clasped to your chest, as if you find in those words some form of hope. You take a deep breath and force yourself to take a step towards the pavement leading to the entrance. You seem to be looking at yourself from the outside of your body. You see yourself stopping in front of the large windows with the Magne symbol, while you notice that their apple is repeated with insistence on every decoration of the facade. You see yourself raising your hand and hesitating when the time comes to knock.[...] «Welcome to the Hazbin Hotel, my dear!» *** This fanfiction is inspired by the world of Hazbin Hotel created by Vivziepop. This story wants to give the reader an immersive experience in a horror-tinged narrative. Imagine yourself as a sinner who ended up in hell and seeking redemption from the past. It's impossible not to go to the only place that seems safe: the Hazbin Hotel of the Hell's princess. If the unpredictable situations and the most bizarre interactions with the characters of the series don't scare you ... «Lasciate ogni speranza, o voi che entrate».

Acrididae tightened his lips around the cigar in his mouth and took a long drag, as if the heat from the planet's three suns did not bother him in the least. *** This story was written to participate in the Halloween Vault 2021Contest for the Adventure category. The rules required that you be within five hundred words and use the following eight: vessel, tunic, antenna, trap, mutant, cigar, insect and guillotine. I wanted to write an adventure inspired by and linked to another original sci-fi story of mine: "The Rite of Passanger". It deliberately contains tributes to some literary classics, can you spot them? I hope you like it and have fun. Enjoy your reading!

The sun was rising to greet the wide moon when the door snapped open. A lean, hunched green creature came out, stretching his wings and six legs. «Come down, my pupils. We've arrived!» He said, pointing to the immense dilapidated structure behind him. [...] Anthology for the The Ultimate Science Fiction Smack Down Contest.
