This is another Evan Buckley story. He is in the 118 but had a secret of being a Navy SEAL before joining. He is married to another navy man, Kelly Severide from Chicago fire. (Thank you for reminding where he was from I greatly appreciate it!)

The picture on the back is a dark tree line contrasted by the wide blue sky above it. 'GEORGIA' is written in big white letters across the top, the bottom saying "Welcome to Adventure." It's faded, like it has taken one too many trips in the back of a mail truck, tattered and worn. Eddie flips it over, the back scrawled with quick but somewhat neat handwriting-something personal. Scanning the words his eyes drop to the corner-the address. 'Maddie Kendall, 1500 Hemlock Ave, Hershey, PA 17033' What the hell? Or, An AU where Buck's postcards, which he sent to Maddie, were forwarded to Eddie on deployment by mistake through a Military Outreach Program. They become a reason for Eddie to hold on through the dark times, becoming attached to the man behind the letters and his stories of his travels. Until, by a twist of fate, they bring him face to face with Buck himself. This AU is canon divergent. Some things change but some stay the same.

He found a thick pad of gauze so he tore it open with his teeth and carefully situated it around the wood, Buck crying out weakly as Eddie put pressure. "I know, I'm so sorry baby, I'm so sorry," Eddie whispered brokenly, holding the gauze tightly. "I like that," Buck breathed, eyes roaming a bit listlessly as he grew dizzy. "Like you callin' m' baby." Eddie swallowed back a sob, shaking his head. "I'll call you baby for the rest of our lives, so you better stay with me, you understand Evan Buckley? We're supposed to have time, I'm supposed- we- I was going to do this right, you deserve the best, I was trying to be the best for you, I needed time," he whispered, Buck smiling faintly. Or Eddie kept putting off telling Buck he loved him. He wanted to be worthy of Buck's love first. But when they get caught in a collapsed building with Buck bleeding out and Eddie with a broken wrist, Eddie's finding that time might have just run out.

PART 2 OF Target on the 118 Bobby is worried after what Tommy had said to him. "Buck who the hell are those people." Bobby asks, walking up to him and before he realizes the slightly shorter younger man is harshly shoving Bobby back as they continue to walk towards the locker. "What the hell was that for!" Bobby growls, throwing his hands up as Buck finches lightly at his voice. "been given orders from the Kinard-Buckley's to not allow you to get close to Evan Kinard-Buckley or to speak to him unless stated by Evan himself." The taller one states firmly, blocking Buck from them. Or Tommy and Ryker decide it time to bring Evan into the family business the rest of the way instead of protecting him from it.

Desde pequeño buck supo que era diferente a los demás niños sus padre lo trataban diferente eran estrictos y muy duros con el hacían o decían cosas que lo hacían sentir mal y todo porque? Porque el era un hermafrodita el cual no encajaba con la hermosa y perfecta familia que sus padres formaron era el femenomeno de la familia pudo escapar de todo eso gracias a la ayuda de su hermana Maddie y huyó asía un lugar mejor y después se mudó a Hollywood para volverse bombero así que el aprovecho y todo parecía ir bien, hasta que el apareció. Eddie nunca la tuvo fácil se casó con su novia Shannon tuvieron un hijo Christofer el cual nació con una condición especial los gastos médicos eran muy altos así que Eddie se enlistó en el ejército para poder costear los gasto, pero la verdad era que el estaba huyendo de su responsabilidad, cuando regresó a casa su esposa lo dejó con su hijo estaba devastado así que decidió cambiar de ciudad y se mudó a Hollywood con su hijo para tener un nuevo comienzo, se volvió bombero y ahí lo conoció. Eddie y buck no tuvieron el mejor comienzo pero se volvieron mejores amigos y conforme el tiempo pasaba algo en ellos iba naciendo convirtiendo ese sentimiento en algo más fuerte que una simple amistad, ninguno querrá aceptar lo que están sintiendo el uno por el otro, problemas del pasado de buck volverán para sacar a flote el amor que buck y Eddie siente el uno por el otro y una sorpresa inesperada los unirá para siempre.

Evan Buckley woke up in the hospital with no memory of how he got there. Said he was found on the lab floor unconscious with a head injury. But as the doctor's flood in and out he just couldn't remember what got him here. Staying awake for more than an hour the doctors said he had a severe head injury that had caused amnesia.
