The year is 2023, a graffiti artist named Sparky Finn lives in the outskirts of New York City. After the United States falls under the power of a man named Arnold D. Champ- Sparky continues to tag the dark empty buildings as he sets off to complete certain tasks each day. Forced to live this lifestyle- he slowly becomes sick of it and decides to one day stop this evil dictator.......while still promoting his art.
