A lot of people things he has a lack of emotions because of his cold eyes and looks on his face but for his friends he is quite cheerful sometimes, Wakasa Imaushi has a secret that no one but Shinichiro only. Wakasa Imaushi has a little brother, and they got separated when their parents divorce.. that explains why he has a lack of emotions and become cold.
