Lana is a swimmer, she suffers some tough battles in her personal life while she tries to keep her head on straight during workouts for the Olympic tryouts. With her dad as the coach, it has been harder for her to appreciate the water lately. Then her dad starts teaching this girl on campus how to swim and they become fast friends. One night they discover some magic and may have found the answers to the things they've been searching for all along.
