So I've read a lot of Watching the Movie Fanfics, but not a lot of watching the series fanfics. So let's see what happens when I show Race to the Edge to the past Berk, before they have befriended dragons, but after Hiccup became friends with Toothless. NOTE: This takes place during the third season: Race To The Edge It began as a normal day... and ended like nothing before! Hiccup becomes hypnotised by a new species of dragon and acts like what one might call... defensive of Astrid. This new Hiccup is kind of.... cute.... but nonetheless, it isn't normal Hiccup. The rescue riders have just made friends with grumblegard, and have invited grumblegard over to huttsgalor to visit. Grumblegard reluctantly goes, mostly because of the baby influence, but while he's gone there no one to guard his island... This will go on through season 2 and the three short movies.
