Básicamente esta historia tratará de una persona reencarnada en el Ben Tennyson de 16 años, quien con sus conocimientos muy claros de ese mundo y la línea temporal en la que se encuentra hará de todo para ser mejor persona, héroe y pareja de lo que fue el original. Puede que tome muchas decisiones que alteren el futuro de manera exorbitante, sin embargo será para que sea más positivo y seguro ese mundo en el que vivirá, aprendiendo a usar sus poderes, alianzas y amistades más cercanas de maneras que nadie pudo haberlo imaginado. A young man wished to be a hero like the Kamen Riders, so he was sent to a new world in France to help Ladybug and Cat Noir against the evil of Hawkmoth, he got happy in getting his wish and now Henshin.

Years ago, Dr. Otto Octavius was a brilliant scientist working for Oscorp. After a lab accident, four mechanical arms he created to help with his experiments became bonded to him and drove him insane leading him to becoming the villainous Dr. Octopus. Over the years, he has fought against the Justice League as one of their most intelligent enemies. After stopping him, he has been put way in prison. During his time in prison, he has met Anna Maria Marconi, a volunteer/scientist from Wayne Enterprises. She would help him get his life back before the accident and over time the two would develop feelings for each other. With her help, she convinced Bruce Wayne to help Otto remove the mechanical arms. With the arms removed, his progress to getting back to normal was a success. After being released from prison, Anna Maria and Otto would start their relationship before getting married a few years later. A couple years later, they have a son, named Andrew Octavius. He wants to help people around him after seeing crime happen around and became inspired by the Justice League to help, even those that would say that his father is a criminal due to his past crimes. During a field trip to Oscorp, Andrew gets bitten by a radioactive spider, that gives him certain abilities similar to a spider. He then decided to use his powers to help people along with using his intelligence because his father once said: Intelligence is not a privilege, it's a gift; you use it for the good of mankind. Hace mucho tiempo existieron en los universos, héroes con increíbles poderes que protegieron a sus mundos de diferentes villanos que intentaron conquistarlos, estos héroes eran conocidos como los "Kamen Riders" Pero en uno de estos universos surgió una terrible amenaza, en una de las tierras está gobernada por un poderoso demonio llamado "Ohma Zi-O" el Rey Demonio, quien no se detuvo al conquistar su mundo, sino continuo con muchos otros Muchos Kamen Rider intentaron detenerlo e incluso se intento cambiar el pasado pero fue inútil, pero "Sougo Tokiwa" sabiendo que él no pudo cambiar el futuro y evitar convertirse en el rey demonio, en su ultimo momento antes de convertirse en Ohma Zi-O envió su poder con el de los otros Riders a través de los universos, con la esperanza de encontrar alguien digno de portar sus poderes y que él sea capaz de derrotar a Ohma Zi-O Y en un mundo dónde el 80% de la población tiene unos poderes que se llamados "Quirks" el otro 20% no tienen y se les conoce como "Quirkles", un joven "Quirkless" será el heredero del poder de todos los Riders, destinado a derrotara a Ohma Zi-O y convertirse en el nuevo Rey del Tiempo, y su nombre es "Izuku Midoriya" el "Kamen Rider Zi-O"
