After one hundred years of war, the Fire Nation are nearing victory. The Avatar has disappeared, and the people fear that nothing will stop the ruthless Fire Lord Ozai from taking over the world and destroying the balance. Amelia is a girl from our world who has been torn from her family and placed in the middle of a war. Afraid and confused, she desperately tries to learn how she got there and why, while constantly fighting with a certain banished Prince who kidnapped her, and all he stands for. She discovers that her destiny has been intertwined with the Avatar's, and not all is as it seems. oOo This is an Avatar the Last Airbender fanfiction that follows a girl from our world. Don't worry, she is the only character not from the original series. An Air Bender from the Western Air Temple never having the chance to find balance within. She never knew how she managed to survive all these years, hiding from the Fire Nation but she still remained a nineteen-year-old girl. Fire Lord Ozai discovered her Air Nomad origins and he imprisoned her for three years. She got to meet the royal family before it was broken. When she managed to escape she ran away to the Water Tribes. She had been there ever since, protecting the defenseless people from the ruthless Fire benders as well as her bending. A new Air Bender appears, and it didn't take long when a Fire Navy ship arrived the deserted icy lands of the South.
