Dream and Sapnap seem like they are the greatest friends on camera, however, both share a dark and deep secret as soon as the camera turns off. One where they put their lives at risk, taking it as far as to purposefully misuse insulin. While Dream and Sapnap keep pushing each other into bad habits, George's health starts decreasing more each day. Daily headaches turn into passing out and throwing up, something George blames his anxiety for. But when disaster seems to strike, George passes out on stream. However, this time it's different. Instead of waking up a minute after he passes out, he has his first seizure ever, live on Twitch... Clay was never one to take his life seriously, especially not after everything that went down with his parents regarding college and his career. George has been depressed for a while since a tragic trauma and he feels more worthless everyday. His best friend Clay doesn't know about anything and but he starts noticing Georges pain. George gets more depressed each day and he starts thinking about ending it all. Just when things seem better, Clay messed up so badly that everything collapses again and George falls back so far that he actually tries ending his life.

After finding out Clay has a severe and life threatening dairy allergy, he keeps getting more and more stomach aches and allergic symptoms to other foods to the point he is barely allowed to eat anything anymore. He is so sick of always feeling awful that not eating anything seems like the best way out... Sapnap went through a traumatic past and has always been ignored by his parents because his disabled brother, George, needs all the help he could get. Sapnap starts experiencing more and more problems, every now and then reverting to a younger person while he skips school to escape his bullies. Clay and Sapnap meet in an unexpected way and seem to get along very well. Clay loves taking care of George and the two finally seem to be able to talk about their hidden pain and feelings, but unfortunately, that doesn't solve the problems they go through... George and Clay have been best friends since first grade, but recently Clay has been changing, hes been doing more with the "popular" guys, leaving George broken. Especially beacuse he has found out that he has developed feelings for his best friend. As Clay distances himself more and more from his old friendgroup George starts to get targeted by Clays new friends, who beat him up, leave mean comments and so on. At some point it gets to overwhelming for George.
