The story is narrated by a seventeen-year-old cancer patient named Augustus Waters, who is forced by his best friend to attend a support group, where he subsequently meets and falls in love with the sixteen-year-old Hazel Grace. This is there story, presented from Augustus's point of view. (Some parts from the original piece will be used, such as dialogue for Hazel. All rights go to John Green and everyone else involved)
