~This is a Lumity therapist AU~ • • • Both Luz and Amity are 20 here • • • Luz Noceda has trouble socialising due to her condition. Recently her condition seems to be getting worse, so her step-mom, Eda then decided to book a therapy appointment for her. Luz just wants her step-mom to be happy and so she decided to try the therapy out. There she meets Dr.Blight. The person who supposedly can help get her life in control. Although sometimes, love can unravel in unusual circumstances. Amity Blight who used to be Little Miss Perfect by her mother's terms decides to be her own definition of perfect. Her rebellious attitude then caused her to cut ties with her family. Now free from her parents' grasp, she decided to help others with their problems. With that note, she becomes a therapist. After leaving the Boiling Isles for two years, Luz is back and here to stay, this time, not with just her love for magic. After catching up with almost everyone, her friends invite her to a concert of one of the most popular bands in the Boiling Isles. So, what are the odds that her crush is the lead singer of the band? And what are the greater odds that she gets the chance to be the band's drummer? She grew up with everybody else, she walked among everybody else, she learned with everybody else. But she was not seen by anybody else. She could touch thing's and be felt, but not be seen. She became particularly interested in one girl who was unlike the other's. A human to be exact. A human learning magic. She didn't care what other's thought. This is the same magical Boiling Isles you know, but... Everybody has a red glowing string around their ring finger. Once a person and their soulmate share their first kiss, a red string connects you and the other person together. This red string means they are soulmates and are meant for eachother. If you do not have a red ring around your finger that means your soulmate has either cut the string or dies. The worst possible case of not having a ring is that you didn't match with anybody at all, meaning that you belonged with nobody. Amity Blight never had a ring around her finger. both her siblings Edric and Emira had rings. But not her. People would whisper about how the Blights have a daughter without a ring. Amity lived 17 year's of her life thinking she belonged with nobody. Until one strange morning the young Blight woke up to a red ring around her finger. Luz lived in the human world with no friends, and no soulmate. But what happens when she finds a portal to a new world and her ring finally appears. She started getting mentored in magic by Eda. Who had sighed her up for her up for her first day at Hexside. Who know's? Maybe her soulmate will be going to Hexside with her.

What if Eda never came back from the Human Realm as she hid from her mother? What if she started a new life there and settled down later? God, Amity would kill for a new life like that. To start fresh. Get away from the hell of a life in the Boiling Isles. So, what does she do? Try exactly that. Seems like the most reckless plan she's ever though of, but what has being sensible brought to her? Only pain. Get the Titan's blood during her next mission, sneak out and make the portal.
