On her graduation night, before leaving for college, an unexpected encounter sets her life on a path she never saw coming. I froze. A man was slumped against the graffiti-covered brick wall, blood blooming across his side. His white shirt was soaked through, and there was a gun just inches from his open hand. My heart slammed against my ribs. Run, Skye. You should run. But I didn't. Instead, I dropped my bag and took a cautious step closer. His head lifted. Piercing, icy blue eyes met mine, sharp even through the haze of pain. His face was all sharp edges and shadowed scruff, blood trailing from the corner of his mouth. His accent was thick and rough, like broken glass. "Leave." I shook my head slowly. "You're bleeding. Bad." "Not your concern." His voice was lethal, but he flinched hard when he tried to move. "You're gonna die out here," I whispered, kneeling beside him. My hands trembled as I pressed a napkin from my apron against his side. "I'm studying to be a nurse. Let me help." He stared at me like I was something he couldn't comprehend. A stranger. A softness he didn't trust. Then his hand, heavy and warm, clamped around my wrist-not rough, but firm. "What's your name?" he rasped. "...Skye." A beat passed. Then another. "I am Mikhail." His eyes darkened. "And you shouldn't have found me."

Elani Covington always understood sacrifice. Raised by parents whose love survived long before power ever touched their family name, she grew up believing loyalty meant protecting the people you love - even when it costs you everything. With only two months left before graduating university, Elani thought she still had time to decide who she wanted to become outside of her family's legacy. Then grief changed everything. Now, with her family's future hanging by a thread, Elani is forced into a marriage that could either save them all or destroy what remains. She knows the rules of their world. The silence. The bloodshed. The deals made behind closed doors. But knowing the game and wanting to be part of it were always two different things. Alessio Moretti learned that lesson young. Sent from Italy to oversee the western branch of the Sicilian mafia, Alessio was raised between the softness of his mother's love and the ruthless expectations of his father. Quiet, calculating, and impossible to read, he became the kind of man people underestimated until it was too late. A charming face hiding a deadly hand. With his father dying and war brewing beneath the surface of the city, Alessio is left with a choice that could cost him everything his family built. And somewhere between grief, loyalty, and a marriage neither of them truly chose, two lives become tied together in ways neither of them could've prepared for. Because in their world, love was never the dangerous part. Survival was.

𝗦𝗜𝗖𝗞 𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗘 ❆ "Move, Carlisle." I kept my chin lifted, refusing to look away from the center of the ice. He didn't budge. Instead, a massive, bruised hand slammed flat against the cold glass beside my head, caging me in. The freezing air of the empty 2:00 AM arena suddenly felt suffocating. "You smile at everyone else like they hung the moon, Nadia," he murmured, his voice a low, vicious scrape. "But you look at me like I'm dirt." He leaned in, his chest brushing mine, his mouth stopping a breath away from my jaw. He left a smear of blood from his split lip on my pristine collar. "Keep looking at me like that," he whispered. "See what it makes me do." ⛸️ 𝑵𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒂 𝑭𝒂𝒍𝒍 has one rule: absolute perfection. If she loses her figure skating scholarship, she loses everything. She doesn't have time for distractions, and she certainly doesn't have time for the suspended, feral enforcer of the university's hockey team who steals her late-night ice time. 𝑽𝒂𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒏 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒍𝒆 is the university's star but brutal hockey player. Comes from old-money roots, built for violence, and entirely unhinged. He's used to people either bowing to his wealth or cowering from his temper. But Nadia? She just rolls her eyes and tells him to get out of her way. That was her first mistake. Now, Vaughn isn't just taking up her rink. He's watching her. Stalking her. Discovering the secret, raw passions she hides from the world. And he's decided that her flawless, untouchable world is exactly what he wants to shatter, and he won't stop until every broken piece belongs to him.

BLACK WOMAN X WHITE MAN/ASIAN MAN "You want to play games? Fine. But we play them my way." Camila Quinn built her life on discipline. A pre-med student with a flawless GPA, meticulous routines, and a future mapped years in advance, she believes in control-in earning what she wants and keeping drama at arm's length. Even her relationship with Alex Walker, the star quarterback she's been with since high school, fits neatly into that plan. Until it doesn't. College changed him. The attention, the ego, the entitlement that comes with being untouchable. Slowly, the respect fades. The excuses stack up. The silences grow louder. And eventually, the truth becomes impossible to ignore. Alex was unfaithful. He never says it outright, but the disrespect is evident. Camila tries to let go. Tries to be the bigger person. But heartbreak curdles into something sharper when she realizes how little he seems to care. One disrespect for another. Anger takes root. And then there's Leo Brooks. Alex's former best friend. His unresolved rivalry. A transfer student with his own reputation, his own edge, and a very clear reason to hate Alex just as much as she does. Leo keeps appearing-everywhere. Unintentional of course, but; That's when the idea forms. What starts as strategy quickly turns dangerous. Because Leo isn't a pawn, and Camila isn't as unaffected as she pretends to be. The more they blur the lines between revenge and desire, the harder it becomes to tell what's real-and who's going to get hurt in the process.

"Will it kill you to back the fuck up?" I snapped. "Yes, princess," he whispered sweetly against my ear, voice full of that sick affection. "It would. I would drop dead right here if I couldn't be next to you." "My lucky day," I muttered sarcastically.
