While interning in there third year at U.A., Bakugo and Kirishima are transported to a remote deserted island by a quirk. The two try to survive on the island alone until someone can come rescue them. Over time their relationship starts to change as they spend more time around each other than ever before. Eijiro Kirishima is blind, has been since birth. He wants nothing more then to be a hero, but he knows he will never make it there. How could someone save others when he can't see the enemy, or citizens in need. He decides to try for UA anyway, and to his surprise he makes it in. While there he meets the greatest person on the planet, but how could he possibly even think about starting a relationship when he can't even see the captor of his heart. Things to know: Kirishima's hair is red but he doesn't style it. KIRIBAKU!! There will be a little bit of self hatred and/or harm. It's no secret that Bakugou draws. He does it often, curled up on the sofa in the common room with his earphones in and a sketchpad in hand. What exactly he draws though - that is a secret. One he protects fiercely. He's never let anyone look at his drawings - that type of vulnerability terrifies him in a way he could never admit. When Kirishima accidentally finds some of his drawings in his room, he understands why Bakugou keeps them so hidden from the world, from everybody, even his friends. And the reason breaks his heart.

Kirishima is hit by a quirk that leaves him fully aware, but completely unable to move. His friends make it a little bit better. (Note: I originally posted this story on AO3 in Oct. 2018. Everyone has a soulmate. The only way to figure out who your soulmate is involves a certain type of currency that can only be earned by actively doing good deeds. The amount of points a person has can be seen above their head always. It only disappears once the soulmates have confronted the other. 17 year old Eijirou decided to finally spend his points after years of never truly trying to seek out his soulmate, but it comes with a great mental tole that he's not sure he can handle. Bakugou hadn't ever spent his points, and quite frankly, he didn't have very many in the first place considering that fact. He didn't care for the soulmate crap, and just wished that he could do what he wanted without that damn word weighing him down. > No quirks > A lot of swearing > Soulmate AU > Boarding school AU --I own non of the characters--
