The news of the Rif Wars shook Spain to their core from 1920 to 1927. Every single person in the peninsula had their eyes in Morocco, especially the young engineer Asami Sotomayor. Drowned by her father's wishes to run and work in his new building La Telefonica, she decides to set sail posing as a nurse to the battlefield. What happens when she meets two soldiers that make her heart skip beats?

(korrasami) this story takes place in modern day but still with bending. We follow in the eyes of Asami and her view on things and later will go back and forth between hers and korra's.

With the birth of the first Alpha Avatar in three centuries, expectations in the rapidly-declining world of benders are high for her to find the most suitable omega, a 'blood royal', capable of bearing powerful bending heirs.
