Whatever the answer may be, perhaps living a normal childhood would be a nice change of pace.

Vergil, the Dark Slayer, awakens in a strange, unfamiliar world - one ruled by "gates" that spawn monsters and a rigid system that ranks strength with meaningless titles. His demonic power remains untouched, yet the world around him seems obsessed with measuring worth through foolish numbers and hierarchies. To Vergil, strength is absolute - it needs no validation. Refusing to bow to the system's rules, he carves his own path through dungeons, hunters, and Monarch's alike, seeking ever greater power in a world that doesn't understand what true might is. Enemies will rise, alliances will be offered, but Vergil has no need for either. Only the strong deserve to stand - and he will prove, once again, that he stands above all.

Vergil: I can, but I need to concentrate to even make one. When he said that, the root that they were standing is collapsing. Dante: Better make it quick, Vergil! Dante then equipped his latest Devil Arm, Cavaliere. Dante then hopped in the Devil Arm and looked at Vergil. Dante: Let's go! We don't have time! Vergil then hopped in the Devil Arm and Dante, then started Cavaliere to max speed. Dante: How many seconds does it take for you to make a portal!? Vergil thinks and says, Vergil: Give me 10 seconds! Dante then nods Dante: Alright. Gotta make this count! Dante then, Dante: Full Throttle! Then they went over max speed, dodging falling roots. Vergil: I got it, Dante! Vergil then made a portal with the Yamato. Dante: Let's do this again, Full Throttle! And that was the last time when the Sparda sons were last seen. Where did the portal take them?
