It seems kind of ironic to be a VIP with nothing to show for it. Your quirk is similar to Oogie Boogie in that you have control over 'creepy crawlies' that you can produce out of the stitches in your body.

Silence is such a weird concept; it's the absence of sound is all, and yet people have such different reactions to it, some would prefer silence over people, some go nearly insane when forced into silence, and some people have no choice but to adapt to silence as a life long companion.
