Emily got a call from her friends saying that Declan got sick from school and got a call from him. Aaron called JJ to gather the team up because it was time to tell them the truth about Emily. The team found out that Emily was alive and wasn't fully forgiven Emily, Aaron, and JJ for keeping it from them, but they said it was to protect Emily. During those months, Emily and Aaron connected more than they thought they would and agreed to keep their relationship a secret from their team and Strauss.
