Elliot Stabler is a successful ADA for the NYPD Special Victims Unit. Olivia Benson is a prostitute just trying to get by. What happens when their paths cross? The summary kinda sucks, but the story is better! Elliot isn't and never was married meaning there was no Kathy and no Stabler kids.

Elliot and Olivia are in love, but when one car accident changes their worlds, they witness their lives flash before their eyes. [I got this idea from listening to Forever and Always by Parachute] ~~~Mostly in flashbacks due to how I'm going to start the book~~~

Olivia thought that Elliot would only be the person she could love silently, not hers. But then after his wife killed herself, and Olivia was hurt in ways she never wanted to be hurt, they got back together. Through raising Elliot's daughter, and adopting twins they managed to make his life and her life, into their life. And adding a baby of their own to the mix helped just a bit.
