Not too long ago, we all witnessed Derek's horrific and tragic death on Grey's Anatomy. We were left wondering whether or not he'll come back as a hallucination of some sort in season 12. Though, what if the tables were turned and Meredith died instead of Derek?

Okay I don't know if you guys saw the season premier but HOLY SHIT DEREK IS BACK I literally Cried when I saw him I thought I was dead Anyways, this is a fanfic of what if none of the main characters died or left, so Derek, George, Alex, Callie, Arizona, etc are still there and alive and COVID hits. The only dead people are Mark and Lexie. I know that sucks but I need some important people to Meredith to be dead for covid dream reasons.
