So I've been into Hermitcraft/Dream SMP/minecraft for a while, the old game brings back memories. I've had this idea for a while that : What if someone from Hermitcraft, a peaceful(but chaotic) and fun builder/redstoner world where everyone is friendly, finds themselves in the Dream SMP, where the slightest misstep could cause a war and everyone is on edge, nobody knows who to trust and betrayal is a common occurence? Guess we're about to find out what happens when a certain group of chaotic Hermits decide to mess around with portals! Warning : The Dream SMP'ers swear quite a lot, but I'll try and tone it down just enough for it to not be overwhelming while still fitting their personalities. I'm also not 100% on how all of the Hermits act as I'm watching Seasons 6 from Grian's videos, and Season 7 from a 3 others, while occasionally watching random clips, so I'll often be going off other stories for some details. This is a mix of my personal headcanons aswell, so some things may be a little funky. Temporary cover! Not mine! I may make a cover myself for this story just to see how it goes.

All bad things start with storms, So when a freak storm appears on the server it's no wonder things go wrong. After Grian ends up in an unfortunate accident he wakes up to find himself in an unrecognisable forest with no memory of his past events and unusual powers that he feels he shouldn't have anymore, along with some troubling side effects. As he tries to remember what happened to him and who this mysterious white eyed figure that is always nearby is, he makes new friends under a new, or rather old name. He begins to wonder what his old life was like, and if it really mattered, Will he be able to remember what happened before something horrible happens, or will he go on his own path, unaware of everything he's leaving behind [this is not a ship fic, sorry if you came here for any of that [this is me the to be a tragic story line and may have a few disturbing topics including gore and various mental health issues [Reader discretion is advised (Yes there will be a few Oc's in this story but nothing that changes the HermitCraft cannon too much)
