Clara was just a girl from a small village where nothing exciting happened. Then bandits came, burning her village to the ground. She was the only survivor. During her run away from the terror she stumbled upon King Arthur of Camelot, after that he took her under his wing and treated her like he was her father. She was made ward and trusted advisor of the King and Queen, and in the beginning it was all fun and peaceful, then the bandits come back as well as many other dangers like monsters, Morgana, and Mordred. Will Clara be able to survive?

Merlin seems to all the world an innocent, ordinary servant in the castle of Camelot. But is he? Set right after the finale of season two, before season three, these are the episodes you never got to see, the year that Uther and Arthur frantically searched for Morgana after the battle with Morgause. Morgana goes all in to prevent Gwen from taking her place as queen beside Arthur on the throne of Camelot. She is prepared to do anything to win and is now more determined than ever to discover who Emrys truly is. Will Merlin be able to keep up appearences and at the same time fulfill his destiny? Will he have enough strength to defeat Morgana? And perhaps most importantly; will Arthur finally learn the truth?
