Therefore you should be able to actually develop a throughout friendship with your neighbors but for him it was the complete opposite. Overall he just didn't feel happy in his environment anymore and everyone around him noticed it too especially his friend Sapnap who decided to take action. But as soon as Dream moved things didn't quite go the way he wanted.
