lI didn't thrash, and I didn't squirm. I waited for Slender to help me out, but he never came. I started to panick, and I cried out for help, but my lungs burned for oxygen. When I felt myself fading away, a pair of hands grabbed my shoulders, and they lifted me out of the pool. "Oh my gosh! Are you okay?!" A girl's voice said. Unfortunately, I couldn't respond, and my eyesight was blurry, but I felt her hands on my chest as she pumped the water out of my lungs. I felt her mouth on mine as she put oxygen back in my body. I coughed, and I heard her gasp. She grabbed my arms, and she started to pull me away from the pool. My mind slowly went into a deep sleep, and the last thing I heard was Slender's static.

"Get up," I say quickly, going over and grabbing onto her arm to pull her up. "Come on, the police will be coming soon. You're not going to jail." She struggles against me, screaming, "No! You're going to kill me if I go with you." "This all can be erased," I insisted. The wailing of sirens tells me I need to convince her quickly. Jamie pauses, thinking hard. "Fine," she says. "Let's go then." I say no more as I run. She picks up my pace and follows me as I lead her away from her first murders and into her new life. I think it's one she'll fit well into.
