(Sorry for the cover) 14 year old Rivera Trade recently moved to the town of Oceanvale with her mother, father, and twin sister and brother. One day while exploring the beach she stumbles across a small cove and finds a strange ring then stumbles across a small vial filled with what seemed to be purple water. A few days later she returns to the cove and upon coming out she has... a tail!?!

Everyone comes from somewhere. This is a story about an Octoling who ran away from her home at the Octarian fortress to find Inkopolis in hopes to have a good life there unlike her home.
