During the busiest summer rush ever for the Island of Sodor, some rude and spiteful visitors become more menacing than ever and Dylan Franklin and Oliver the Great Western Engine find themselves and their home caught in the cross-hairs of the evil Hawk Moth. However, they find help in the form of the heroes of Paris, Ladybug and Cat Noir, who offer them a fighting chance to save the island from certain doom. A New Power station is Built on the little western between Arlesburgh and Norramby to generate more power for the Island but some strange chemicals are being used for it. But one day the power station suffered a system failure and it caused the chemicals to leak out of the power station and spread all over Sodor infecting engines and people. Will the engines be able to survive and escape or will they become infected creatures, find out in this adventure we go on into the year 1988.

Life turns into a living hell on Sodor when some strange black tankers explode, unleashing a grey cloud on the small island.

All is going well for a hot summer on Sodor, but things take a turn for the worse when a storm bigger than any other storm known hits the little Island
