I sat at the edge of my bed crying. I buried my head in my legs and scrunched up into a little ball on my bed, with my head starting to hurt. I slowly looked up and searched my room. My eyes landed on a picture frame on my dresser near the front of my room. It was a picture of me and my bestfriend, Liam Payne. That's when I realized how much I need him. He was the only person in the world who could comfort me in a situation like this. The picture showed Liam and I posed in front of Big Ben, smiling like idiots. We were 13 years old and we took a small vacation- or should I say, in British terms, "holiday"- together with his family and mine to London. He had his arm wrapped around my waist and mine were around his neck. My leg was up slightly like in the movies, when a couple is kissing and the girl lifts her leg up behind her, except we weren't a couple and we weren't kissing. We seemed really happy which is wierd because I haven't been that happy in a while. I smiled through the tears as our memories came flooding back. Ever since he's became part of the world famous British-Irish boyband, One Direction, I feel like we haven't been as close as we used to be. He's too busy touring the world like we planned, except he went without me. I tried to wipe away my tears but they kept flooding back so I just gave up and let them fall. Oh Liam, where are you now? When I need you most?
