A broke, unemployed girl with a nursing degree who just can't seem to find a job... until she finds an ad in the paper for an insane asylum. The job is as a simple caretaker, so it's not exactly the height of what she could do, but it payed... surprisingly well, and offered a place to stay on nights she was too tired for the two hour drive between the asylum and her apartment. It was too good to pass up. Or at least, it SEEMED like it was, until she found out about the patients.

Her bouncy personality shadowed into a shy but sweet one, her and her mother grieving over their loss. Both changed, they moved to Haddonfield a year later - (Y/n) meeting Michael Myers himself. At first the blonde-haired boy seemed friendly and fun to hang out with, but as Halloween loomed ominously around the corner, Michael began to grow creepy, clingy and colder - even growing possessive of (Y/n). After a slaughtering showdown, her mother took her out of town; moving away from the dangerous borough. You moved back into the old house fifteen years later - not living with your mother anymore. You were enjoying the single life, with its perks of being free and not held back, but soon things began to go wrong. Suddenly your mother turns up; being a stressful mess after the Halloween disaster. Memories flood back in the form of nightmares, something caresses your skin whilst you're sleeping, and dead things start showing up on your doorstep. Will the Reader be able to survive being pursued by the sadistic Freddy Krueger, the intellectual Hannibal Lecter, the obsessive Michael Myers, the timid Norman Bates, and the child-minded Jason Voorhees?
