Sanyukta Singh has always lived a life that looks perfect from the outside-privileged, polished, and planned down to the last detail. A second-year software engineering student by compulsion, not choice, she moves through college quietly, her dreams tucked away behind a camera lens and expectations she was never allowed to question. With an almost-engagement looming over her future, her life is already decided-until it isn't. Rehaan Purohit has built his life one step at a time-grounded, warm, and unapologetically real. Surrounded by friends, driven by ambition, and deeply in love with the world of tech, he knows exactly where he's going. What he doesn't expect is to notice the quiet girl who always sits at the edge of everything-and stays there. They begin as strangers sharing the same classroom. Then come small moments-shared notes, quiet help, accidental conversations. Slowly, almost imperceptibly, those moments begin to mean something. But where Sanyukta has spent her life living for everyone else, Rehaan has learned not to hold on to things that might not stay. In a world where one is bound by expectations and the other by unspoken limits, Home, Slowly is a story of finding space, choosing yourself, and discovering that sometimes, love doesn't arrive all at once-it builds, quietly, until it feels like home.

Aubrey Wilson has the heart of an angel. As the type of person to always trust in others, she's admirable to peers. A total darling, but with a sadness that encases her heart. Anyone could shrink down in fright at the receiving end of Luke Taylor's infamous glare. Tall, muscular, dark-haired, and handsome, he's no stranger on or off the field. Not a kind stranger either. A total brooding asshole, but with a sadness that encases his heart. --- "You didn't have to hit him or anything," I lie my head on his broad, strong shoulder. "He shouldn't have touched you like that," he tucks a curl behind my ear. ~Strong Language~ ~Mild Violence~

She's a wild, free spirit who sees the good in everyone, and he's the hardened, bad-tempered loner who wants nothing to do with her-yet no matter how hard he tries to push her away, she's the one temptation he can't escape. *** He's never met someone with such a bubbly personality. Not to mention the wildness and odd phrases she says every five minutes. He hates it. He hates how he can't stay away from it. He hates what she does to him; it's not like him to chase after some girl. She gets under his skin like no other. She's never met someone with such a bad attitude. He's ill-mannered and menacing. The glare never seems to leave his face. Considering it all, she can't help but feel the attraction toward him. Dangerous attraction toward a seemingly dangerous man. Maybe it's the tattoos on his arm that gets her attention. Or maybe it's because she can tell there's hope for good under his rough exterior. And she's about to find it, whether he likes it or not. It's no secret that the two of them are complete and total opposites. *** "You like being called Sugar, don't you?" I tease, placing my toothbrush back after finishing. He does the same and gives me a side-eyed scowl. He grips my chin harshly and kisses me. My body temperature raises a good ten degrees and my right leg goes all wiggly. He pulls away. "You like it when I kiss you, don't you?" He teases the same way I did to him and I'm left blubbering. "I think both of our questions are rhetorical," I lower my voice up at him. His lip curls up into a smirk. *** #1 in Young Adult #9 in Badboy #1 in Cold #3 in Goodgirl #1 in Sweetheart #14 in Love *** *Warning* This story contains mature themes (language, scenes)

#2 His Bride Series "Dev." She said his name the moment he entered the room, just as he was heading straight to the washroom without looking at her. He stopped in the middle and looked at her. She took a deep breath and said, "I...I am ready." She tried to sound firm. But failed drastically at it, and she knew it. He looked at her for a few seconds. He already knew what she meant but still asked, "For what?" She bit her lip. Why is he doing this now? But the words wouldn't leave her. He said simply, "It's late. So jao." And took a step toward the washroom. "Dev, please..." He turned and looked at her. He already knew why she was saying this. He noticed how stiff her body had already gone. She wasn't looking at him. Her lashes were lowered. Fists tightened. He took slow, deliberate steps toward her - and with each one, he noticed her growing more stiffened, more frightened, yet still trying to hide it. Two steps away, she closed her eyes. Too tightly. Her breathing turned slow. He took another step and could literally hear her heartbeat - fast, shallow, loud in the silence between them. He feared if he took one more step she would push him away. So he stood at his place - not moving, not closing the distance - only watching her. She didn't move. Didn't open her eyes. He asked quietly, "Do you still want it?" She gathered her courage and said in a low, almost whispered voice, "Yes..." He raised his hand to cup her face. Just that. Nothing more. But her reaction to just that bare touch made his heart bleed in raw pain. Something tore open inside him. Not cleanly. Not the sharp, merciful kind of pain. The raw kind - the kind that bleeds slow, that settles into the bones and stays there, that does not announce itself but simply exists, heavy and permanent and aching.
