With Izaya finally dead at the hands of Shizuo, he's left a ghost that's stuck haunting his murderer. All the while he watches as Shizuo spirals into despair at his wrongdoings. When a mysterious group is targeting Izaya, there's usually nothing to worry about. The informant, though, hasn't been able to find a single thread of information about his attackers, and they're getting closer by the hour. The stress and anxiety has proved punishing to him, leaving him in a poor state. Shizuo finds himself getting involved in the problem somehow, but is he enough to handle the mob of threats?

Izaya finds himself subconsciously returning to Ikebukuro after an unspecified amount of time and, of course, Shizuo finds out. What happens when they see each other again for the first time in a long time?
