Even so, Chuuya still feels something for Dazai but acts like he hates Dazai (because he's tsundere). "Good morning." Chuuya smiled. "Good morning." Dazai smiled, rubbing his back. "You're up early. Everything okay?" "Yeah. I'm good. Aki woke me up." Chuuya chuckled. "But that's okay. I figured you'd be hungry after your overnight shift." "I could definitely use a hot cooked meal. Instant ramen is okay. But it definitely is absolutely nothing compared to your cooking." Dazai praised. Chuuya laughed. "You're such a suck up." * NO ART SHOWN IS MINE ALL CREDIT TO THE ARTIST!!

Chuuya chuckled. "I never knew you cared." Chuuya said sarcastically. "So, was it you who paid my bail?" "I did... I think there is someone who can really help you clean yourself up and get you off the streets." "Right... So where do you want to do this? We can do it in your car, at your house, I'm not tripping-" "Woah-Woah wait. You think I want to fuck you? That, that's why I paid your bail?" "Well why else? There isn't shit free in this world. You must want something out of this."

Dazai's normally boring morning was shattered when a small pair of arms wrapped themselves around his knees and big azure eyes blinked up at him partnered with a stupidly happy grin. Or Chuuya is hit with an ability that reverses his age. (STORMBRINGER SPOILERS)

"Run away with me Chuuya." "W-What?" Chuuya looked at the brunette in shock. He didn't know what to think of the current question he was just asked. He didn't know if Dazai was serious or just kidding. But realization hit him of how serious he was when he asked Chuuya again. Dazai grabbed Chuuya by the waist gently and pulled him closer to him. "Run away with me? Let's leave here tonight. We can run and we don't have to ever look back. We can start fresh. Wouldn't you like that? No running from the law, no missions, no corruption, no being put in the line of fire. Just us... just me and you."

An alternative universe where Chuuya and Dazai ended up together as partners again after Dazai had betrayed the port mafia. Neither of them expected to be fighting along each side again.
