It all started from a dumpster behind Midtown High School. "Could this day get any worse?" Holding his nose and scanning the pile of garbage, there were soggy cardboard, last week's lunch, abandoned project from Mister Andrew's class. And there it was! His backpack laying next to a dead man(?) in some sort of black leather and armor clothing with a broken neck. Totally normal.

A story of Irondad and Spiderson because they are the best! Only Tony and Peter dad and son relationship. When Peter comes home to find Aunt May kissing some stranger, it doesn't end well. Even less well it ends when his aunt finds out that he's spiderman. Peter wants a place to stay for a few days... then for a few weeks... then for... forever?!?!

Peter's been through a lot in his life, so when something so horrible happens to his aunt, it messes with him and causes a chain of events.

"Y-yeah," he whispers, not wanting to take the attention on the altar away from May. May's always made everything about Peter. Always. And that fact only intensified after his type one diabetes diagnosis three months ago. But today? Today is about May. About Happy. About the two of them choosing each other and being happy together, and Peter has done everything he can think of to keep his diabetes and his tendency to be an absolute klutz from interfering with that fact. "I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride," the officiant announces, the small crowd cheering as May and Happy kiss. Peter smiles and claps, feels his body sway a bit and blinks his eyes as he steadies himself. He's fine. Dexcom says he's fine. He's fine. The second the wedding party enters the coolness of the air-conditioned venue, he grabs a glass of water, but it shakes in his hand, splashes a bit on the floor. For what isn't a blood sugar issue, this sure as hell feels like one.

Peter licks his dry lips and tries to get his eyes to adjust to the brightness, his chest muscles pulling as he struggles to breathe against gravity. "Tony?" His voice is weak, full of fear and confusion and Jesus, he feels like his body is on fire. Why is everything on fire? "Right here, bud." "Wha's goin' on? Where's May?" "Still on her business trip. You've got a pretty high fever and your heart rate is through the roof. Gonna get you home and get both of them down, okay?" "Did I pass out?" He closes his eyes in embarrassment because he knows he did, knows that he's scared the shit out of Ned and Mrs. Benninger and MJ. MJ. Ugh. --------------- Peter gets sick with pneumonia right before Christmas and May's on a business trip, which leaves Tony in Dad Mode.
