In this story Rachel would be Alive, Max won't have rewind powers, the Dark room is non-existent and there will be no storm. So This begins right after Max comes back to Blackwell. The rest will remain secret. Kate, Brooke and Stella would be friends with Max, Chloe and Rachel too.
