Ten years before the Battle of Genosis, the Kaminoans created the first batch of clones. Two years before the Battle of Genosis, those clones were terminated. An entire batch slaughtered and wiped from the records. All of them killed by a mysterious and unideintified party. All, except one. ARC trooper SC-02, nicknamed Null, was the only survivor of a violent attack that left the rest of his batch dead. For two years and three weeks he plotted to avenge his brother's. However, when he finally reaches known space again, he quickly finds himself entangled in the fight of a new squadron, Mirage Squadron. Null's vegenace will not be forgotten, though, for unbeknowst to them all, the enemy he seeks is also seeking him.

From a certain angle, Calvary's life could have been from a fairy tale. She was left on a doorstep on a cold and rainy night. Except that doorstep was on the alien planet of Kamino. And that doorstep was Jango Fett's, the clone template. She was taken to live with the rest of the clones, who accepted her as one of their own. She aged normally, while the others aged twice as fast. But she still went to war with the rest of the clones. She was assigned to the 501st, to fight along General Skywalker. The Cavalry has arrived.

The galaxy is at war! After the death of her Master, Graffias Shaula, Padawan Bryka Acrux finds herself as General Pong Krell's Padawan and Commander. In completion of the Jedi Trials, Acrux is knighted and given command of the 239th Legion, who have gone the entire war without a Jedi. The clones are skeptical of their newly assigned General, and fear that her tactics are similar to the notorious General Krell. Captain Gunner of Able Company has never questioned his loyalty to the Republic, but this new Jedi General leaves him cautious towards the actions of this sudden change in leadership. As the War presses on, General Acrux and Captain Gunner must find a common ground in order to secure a Republic Victory and a safe future for the Galaxy.
