From my most popular one shot series, We All Have Problems has been deemed worthy enough to have a full novel adaptation! Shadow suffers from severe PTSD, and a whole cast of other mental illnesses that make him violent and dangerous, and causes him to disassociate completely. If that weren't enough, he refuses to speak to anyone after GUN admitted him to a mental health facility to "correct" his violent and uncontrollable behaviors. Sonic, a well liked psychiatrist, becomes his doctor. He works with Shadow to help him open up, to learn that he's more than someone broken. And to help him heal. But as Sonic uncovers secrets to Shadow's past, it seems like he'll have to do more than therapy to help him.

A spin off novel from my No Shadow Like Yours 2-book series, dedicated to the one and only Sweet Shadow. You might have to read the other books for context and more information, but it's not required. Shadow was sent to Earth by Maria, but not on some grand mission or with something to achieve. SONIC 3 SPOILERS "What's going on?" Maria asked. "I don't know," Shadow replied, getting off the bed and walking to the door. After hesitating, Shadow opened the door and followed the sounds down the hallway to the main entrance. There were bolts of blue lighting dancing across the room, and guards went down left and right by something too fast for anyone to see. The guards fired into the room, panicked, but the blue blur of lighting was relentless and soon no one was left standing. Shadow stood at the edge of the room, eyes and mouth agape as the blue blur finally stood still, standing over the unconscious guards. It was a hedgehog! It looked like- "Shadow," Maria breathed out, appearing beside Shadow. "He looks just like you."

Shadow never thought he would fall in love, especially not with who he claimed was his rival. From rivals to friends and slowly something more. This story tells their battles, arguments, and how they fell in love with each other. In the end, Shadow is left with only one truth: Sonic will always have his heart.

It has been now 3 years since the group separated and left to live their own lives. They still talk and hang out but not as much as they used to. When Manic sees how bored Sonic looks, he decides that with the help of Sonia, they should get Sonic into dating apps and try to find someone for him. What happens when he matches with his own rival?
