Percy and Annabeth broke up. Percy did something wrong. Annabeth was hurt and angry, refusing to talk to him. Percy pleaded to talk to her, refusing to eat and sleep sometimes. After a month, he stopped pleading to her. He was in depression while Annabeth refused to talk to him because of her pride. After another month, he suddenly left, leaving a letter that was no help whatsoever. As his absence grew, people began to worry, including Annabeth. Another three months, Percy came back, barely alive. You think they made up after that? Annabeth was only angrier. But he didn't come back with nothing. He came back with two gorgon bloods.
