This is a Romanogers fanfiction that takes place during and mostly after Captain America Civil War with how Steve and Natasha's relationship ultimately ends up blossoming after Civil War. I really hope you guys like it! Please tell me what you think!!

It's been a year since the battle in Leipzig and the fugitive Avengers may be heading home soon. It's been rough on everyone: moving from place to place without much notice and not knowing if the others-Clint and Scott who chose to go home and serve house arrest or Bucky who remained in Wakanda-were alright. However, between Natasha, Steve, and Tony, they just might have figured out a way to get everyone reinstated as Avengers and return to their normal lives. If only it were that easy. Written in 2018

Steve and Natasha take a mission from Nick Fury to track down a group of Hydra and Red Room agents that are teaming up to create something even worse. Steve Rogers tried to isolated himself from the rest of the Avengers and the world after what he did to Tony Stark, his friend and teammate. However, after he drops Bucky off in Wakanda where he'll be safe, Steve feels more alone than ever. Natasha Romanoff is on her own. Bruce Banner is still missing, Thor is off who-knows-where doing who-knows-what, and the Avengers are scattered. Nevertheless, she's perfectly okay with being alone. She always has been. Knowing that Steve is alone, however? It worries her.
