Those words had hell breaking loose as I stood up grabbing the doctor by his collar. " Shut your pretty mouth or else I'll have to slit it." I groaned. The doctor panicked. Fear stricken eyes staring at me. " Mr. Jahangir, this is the ultimate truth." The man choked.
