In South Korea, homicide isn't considered particularly... popular. Murder is as uncommon as it should be. In fact, there, the murder rate has been decreasing for years. Who has any reason to suggest that there are homicides that have gone undocumented?
Hong Joshua has moved to South Korea to look closer into the improbable suicide of his half-sister. He fortuitously meets a stranger in a similar situation and although the two make an unlikely and rather peculiar team, they work together; their contrasting traits present them with more opportunities to make progress with their investigation, but their combined curiosity leads them to places they might not want to be.
