That's exactly what he was forced to think by others, and he lived on with that thought, a deeper part of him making him run with his notebook onto every nearby crime scene. The beauty of the era of quirks wasn't the amazing abilities; it was that nobody sane would even entertain the thought that Kuroko, the most wanted vigilante in all of Japan, was Quirkless. Izuku is quirkless. But with his father being the popular Pro Hero Flamethrower, Izuku didn't accept he was useless, but instead strove to embrace and overcome it. Izuku was taught to defend himself and was raised with skills. Since he was a genius, he skipped middle school and went straight to highschool, where he learned to be a Pro Hero by his father. At a still young age, Izuku became the first ever Quirkless Hero, and showed the world he was quirkless and powerful. How will Izuku impact the world, and the way that people viewed the quirkless? And how the quirkless viewed themselves?

Izuku doesn't cry. He is a weapon, and weapons don't weep. He won't cry until the battle, when he's falling through the air, when it settles in just how real it is that he's going to die, because yeah, the doctor warned him this would happen, but there's always been a part of Izuku that thought he'd live forever. Just like his father told him. Or, how a few heroes help Midoriya Izuku become something more than a lost vigilante. 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙗𝙮 𝙟𝙤𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙜𝙚𝙚𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙧

What happens when UA has a special test ready for the students? Dividing them into two groups of Heroes and Villains? What if Midoriya is made the leader of the Villains? He is gonna give them one big reason to be thankful that Deku is not the name of a villain... ‑‑‑‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ↳ ɴᴏᴛᴇs ﹏﹏‍ 。˚✩ ‑‑‑‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ ✎ Inspired by another fanfiction on Ao3. ✎ I don't own any of the characters used. ✎ Cover by @-izushim - ͙۪۪̥˚┊❛ ᴇɴᴊᴏʏ ❜┊˚ ͙۪۪̥◌

Izuku had it going for him. Besides having an abusive father and being bullied, his future was bright. He had an amazing quirk and was extremely smart. Smarter than most of Japan's population. Until he got sick. His future was gone. It was a miracle he didn't die then and there. But there may still be a way for him to be a hero, just in his own way. The vigilante way. What happens when a certain quirk erasing hero decides to take the teenage delinquent under his wing and help him earn a place in the world before it melted from under his grasp? But no matter how hard he tries to get past what happened and ignore his fate creeping closer, he can't stop thinking about what could have been.

Shouta had known she'd married a man he had no respect for - Hisashi Midoriya struck him as bad news - but that was as much as he knew. So, when he found out his dear sister had passed, he thought his responsibility was as far as planning her funeral; not becoming the guardian of her child.
